    Summary

Equip your kitchen for a wide range of culinary tasks with this exclusive STAUB x Smitten Kitchen braiser. It's an all-time favorite of Deb Perelman – founder of the beloved Smitten Kitchen blog – who says, "This braiser is the pot I use the most, and has been since I bought it over a decade ago. I use it for everything from soup to roasts and pasta bakes. The height is ideal for braising, roasting and sautés while not taking up much space in my small kitchen." Expertly crafted in France of enameled cast iron, the versatile piece transitions seamlessly from the stove or oven to the table.

    • Heavyweight enameled cast iron transfers and retains heat evenly.
    • Matte black enamel interior resists rust, chipping and cracking; requires no additional seasoning.
    • Tight-fitting lid helps circulate heat and moisture for tender, succulent results.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils.
    • Crafted in France by Staub, producers of heirloom-quality cookware since 1974.
