Detail
Summary
An embossed dragon encircles the lid of our Staub braiser, giving it a celebratory east-meets-west aesthetic, ideal for oven-to-table presentation. Its innovative enamel finish takes cast-iron cooking to the next level with improved performance, style and durability, and never needs seasoning. The domed Chistera lid features self-basting spikes that collect and return moisture, so food turns out tender and juicy. The interior's rounded sides facilitate stirring and prevent sticking, and the wide handles ensure a secure grip, even with oven mitts. Use this heavy-duty braiser to make everything from stews to casseroles to roasted chicken.
