Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop.
- Do not slide cookware on stovetop.
- Oven and broiler safe to 375°F (including lid knob).
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.

- Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains between ridges, use nonstick grill brush.
- Avoid using metal cleaning pads and abrasive cleaners.
- Do not clean off natural patina that develops over time on black satin enamel interior.
