    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 460°F.
    • For best results, use low to medium heat.
    • When using high heat, bring pot slowly to high temperature.
    • Use plastic, wood or nylon utensils; metal utensils may damage enamel.
    • Enamel may chip or crack if banged against hard surface.
    • Handles and knob can become very hot. Always use potholders or oven mitts when handling.
    • Freezer safe.

    Care

    • Allow pot to cool before cleaning.
    • Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing for best results.
    • To remove stubborn stains, soak pot for a few minutes in hot soapy water.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach and abrasive cleaners.
    • Dry thoroughly before storing.
