Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 460°F.
- For best results, use low to medium heat.
- When using high heat, bring pot slowly to high temperature.
- Use plastic, wood or nylon utensils; metal utensils may damage enamel.
- Enamel may chip or crack if banged against hard surface.
- Handles and knob can become very hot. Always use potholders or oven mitts when handling.
- Freezer safe.
Care
- Allow pot to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- To remove stubborn stains, soak pot for a few minutes in hot soapy water.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents, bleach and abrasive cleaners.
- Dry thoroughly before storing.
