    Use & Care

    Use

    • Before first use, remove thin protective layer (applied to prevent rust during transport and storage) by boiling water in pan for 2–3 minutes.
    • Hand-wash immediately, then apply thin layer of oil on all surfaces.
    • Ideal for use on gas stove, grill and open fire.
    • Preheat gradually over low to medium heat.
    • Oven safe to 480°F for 10 minutes.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils.

    Care

    • Allow pans to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash promptly.
    • Avoid using steel wool and harsh abrasives.
