Use
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Safe for oven, broiler, outdoor grill and campfire use.
- Do not use in microwave.
- Before each use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pot slowly before adding food.
- Handle can become very hot. Always use potholder or oven mitt when handling.
- Brush is heat-resistant to 450°F.
Care
- Hand-wash pot with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
- Store in dry location.
- Brush is dishwasher safe.
