    Use & Care

    Use

    • Preheat press directly on gas flame or electric burner, at medium heat for 10 minutes before using.
    • Check food periodically and remove press when good sear is achieved.

    Care

    • Always hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly and apply small amount of vegetable oil on the surface.
    • Store in dry location.
