    Use & Care

    Use

    • Before first use, hand-wash with warm, soapy water.
    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Use low to medium heat for best performance. High heat is rarely needed.
    • Oven and broiler safe to 600°F (lid is safe to 425°F).
    • To protect nonstick coating, avoid prolonged empty heating or rapid temperature changes.
    • Safe for use with metal utensils. However, we recommend using wood, silicone or plastic utensils to maintain appearance over time.
    • Avoid using nonstick sprays, which can degrade coating.

    Care

    • Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash.
    • Avoid using steel wool, abrasive cleaners and harsh scouring pads.
    • Dry thoroughly before storing.
    • Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
