    Use & Care

    Use

    • Tray is intended for gas or charcoal grills; not for use on infrared grills.
    • Place a single layer of wood chips in the bottom tray of the smoker box and place it on an outdoor grill.
    • Preheat the grill and heat until the chips begin to smoke.
    • Season meat, seafood or vegetables as desired, brush with oil and place on top of the perforated tray of the smoker box.
    • Set the perforated tray of the smoker box, set the perforated tray over the bottom tray containing the smoking chips and cover with the smoker box lid.
    • Use heat-safe gloves when handling smoker tray.
    • Caution: Handles will get hot. Use grilling mitts or gloves when handling.

    Care

    • Cool tray before cleaning.
    • Hand-wash.
