Detail
Summary
We teamed up with the stainless-steel cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our signature Thermo-Clad™ Stainless-Steel collection. Our Thermo-Clad cookware is crafted in Italy with an exclusive aluminum-alloy core that provides up to 35% better thermal conductivity than other aluminum clad-metal cookware on the market. This tall sauté pan with mesh basket is perfect for deep-frying foods as well as blanching vegetables, simmering soups and cooking pasta.
- Thermo-Clad technology ensures efficient, uniform heating with precise temperature control and no hot spots.
- Deep sides prevent spattering and ensure that foods are fully immersed in the cooking oil.
- Exclusive double-wall insulated lid keeps food warm at 150°F for 90 minutes.
- Ideal for use on any type of cooktop, including induction.
- Combines polished magnetic stainless-steel surfaces with aluminum-alloy core.
- Stainless-steel mesh fry basket hooks to the edge of the pot to simplify draining fried foods.
- Limited lifetime warranty.
- Handcrafted in Italy.
- Commercial Grade: Thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered to meet rigorous standards and best practices from select commercial testing.
