Available only at Williams Sonoma, Thermo-Clad is crafted in Italy to our precise specifications using an exclusive aluminum alloy that delivers up to 35% better thermal conductivity than standard aluminum-clad metal cookware. This set includes three essentials for everyday cooking. The fry pan is ideal for everything from cooking omelettes to braising and pan-frying. The saucepan excels at simmering sauces and gravies, and cooking grains and vegetables. The sauté pan has a broad, flat cooking surface with high sides that are perfect for sautéing, browning, searing and braising.
