We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our signature Thermo-Clad™ Nonstick collection. Designed in-house and made to our exacting specifications, the top-tier pans are built for superior heat efficiency and durability. This roaster features a premium nonstick finish, hard-anodized aluminum body and a stainless-steel rack with large handles. Ideal for meals where meat, poultry and vegetables take center stage, the roaster has high sides that help reduce splatters.

Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for electric and gas stoves (not induction-compatible).
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Safe for use with metal utensils.
- Before first use, wash interior with care and dry thoroughly with kitchen towel or soft cloth.
- Always cook over moderate heat, and never heat cookware when empty.
- High heat is not recommended. Start with medium heat and reduce to lower setting when food is added.
- Do not use aerosol cooking spray oils on nonstick surface.
Care
- Allow to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners.
