    Use

    • Hand-wash before use.
    • Ideal for gas and electric cooktops.
    • Oven safe to 480°F.
    • Freezer safe.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before washing.
    • Hand-wash and dry immediately.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
    • Stubborn food residue and stains can be removed with nylon scrubbing pad and fine-powdered cleanser.
    • Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect pan's cooking performance. To keep exterior looking new, use copper polish or combination of lemon and salt.
