    Use & Care

    Use

    • To prepare, rinse and soak steamer for approx. 30 minutes prior to use to help distribute steam during cooking.
    • Line steamer with parchment paper to prevent flavors from steeping into bamboo.
    • Steamer should sit 2"–3" above water in wok.

    Care

    • Hand-wash in warm water; do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Allow to dry thoroughly before storing.
    • Store basket in well-ventilated area.
