Use
- Ideal for gas and electric cooktops.
- Oven and broiler safe.
- Do not use high heat for extended period of time.
- Do not leave empty pan on heated burner for extended period of time.
- Cooktop knobs or controls cannot be used at 100% heating power; they need to be used at 60% capacity (start gradually from this range).
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Hand-wash; dry immediately with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Do not use bleach on stainless-steel interior.
- Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect the pan's cooking performance. To keep the exterior looking new, use a copper polish or a combination of lemon and salt.
