    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • For best results, use low to medium heat.
    • Oven safe to 500°F (including lid).
    • Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
    • Do not slide pan on stovetop.
    • Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.

    Care

    • Allow pan to cool before cleaning.
    • Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to increase longevity.
    • Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
    • To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
