Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on grill, campfire and all cooktops, including induction.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
- Apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pot slowly before adding food.
- Use caution – handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or oven mitts when handling.
Care
- Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
- Dry thoroughly, then apply small amount of vegetable oil on interior and exterior surfaces while pot is still warm.
- Store in dry location.
