    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven, broiler and grill safe.
    • Before each use, apply thin layer of vegetable oil to cooking surface and preheat pan slowly before adding food.

    Care

    • Hand-wash. A little soap is welcome.
    • Dry thoroughly and rub with cooking oil.
    • Store in dry location.
