Use & Care
Use
- Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
- Always use oil, butter or other liquids when cooking.
- For best results, use low to medium heat on cooktop.
- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F (including lid and knob).
- Use wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
- Do not slide pan on stovetop.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
Care
- Allow cookware to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to maintain longevity.
- To remove stubborn stains, soak pot for a few minutes in hot, soapy water.
- Dry pan thoroughly before storing.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
