Summary
For more than 50 years, All-Clad has produced high-quality cookware that helps both home chefs and professionals create unforgettable meals. The company's new G5™ Graphite Core collection is its first one made with graphite. Each pan's graphite core is even more conductive than copper but at a fraction of the weight, making G5™ easier to maneuver in the kitchen. Graphite preheats quickly with no hot spots for uniform browning and searing while cooling rapidly for fast, easy cleanup. The innovative construction also includes aluminum and stainless steel for lightweight convenience.
