We teamed up with the nonstick cookware innovators at Napa Valley-based Hestan to create our signature Thermo-Clad™ Nonstick collection. Designed in-house and made to our exacting specifications, the top-tier pans are built for superior heat efficiency and durability. Their tri-ply construction features a premium nonstick finish, hard-anodized aluminum body and stainless-steel induction-compatible base. With high sides to minimize evaporation while increasing flavor extraction, this 8-qt. stockpot is ideal for cooking large batches of soups and simmering stocks.

- Ideal for all types of cooktops, including induction.
- Oven safe to 500°F.
- Safe for use with metal utensils.
Care
- Allow to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pot as needed or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, scouring pads and abrasive cleaners.
