    Use & Care

    Use

    • Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
    • Oven and broiler safe.
    • Handles can become very hot. Always use potholders or oven mitts when handling.

    Care

    • Hand-wash with hot water and stiff nylon brush. Do not use soap or harsh detergents.
    • Dry thoroughly.
    • Season after each use. Once pan is clean, apply thin layer of vegetable oil on inside and outside surfaces while still warm.
    • Store in dry location.
