Summary

Our precision thermometer uses integrated thermocouple technology to react quickly to changes in temperature, providing a highly accurate, stable response in as fast as four seconds. After use, the thermometer shuts off automatically when you fold the probe back into the case.

• Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel- Cadmium) batteries. 

• Do not leave thermometer in the oven while cooking.

Care

• Wipe clean with damp cloth.
• Recalibratable periodically to verify accuracy of temperature readouts over time.
• Antimicrobial case inhibits the growth of bacterial odor and mold, but it is important to thoroughly clean and disinfect the thermometer after each use.
