Summary
Hasselback potatoes are a deliciously crisp alternative to baked potatoes, and making them is easy with our ingenious tool. Just place a potato on the board, slide the guide over it and use a knife to slice thin, perfectly even segments. The slicer also works well on squash and beets.

Use & Care
Use
- Do not use on or near heat source – cutting board may burn.
- Use caution when handling cutting board – prongs are sharp.
- Hold base of board between index finger and thumb on opposite end of where you are cutting. Always keep free hand clear of knife when slicing.
Care
- Guide is dishwasher safe.
- Hand-wash cutting board with mild dishwashing soap. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Periodically apply mineral oil to condition wood.
