Use

• Salt and pepper not included.
• Do not put salt in pepper mill; mechanism is designed specifically for peppercorns and is not interchangeable.
• Use only dry, hard, whole black, white, green or mixed peppercorns no larger than 6mm.
• Not suitable for peppercorn mixes containing more than 15% pink peppercorns.
• Pepper mill may be used to grind dried coriander seeds.
• Do not place other spices in pepper mill.

Care

• Wipe exterior clean with soft, non-abrasive cloth.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Use soft brush to gently clean gears from outside.
• Protect from water and other liquids, detergents and humidity.
