Use

• Avoid dampness. Do not grind over boiling pot.
• Unscrew top to fill.
• For use with salt, pepper or dried spices (not included).
• Do not use cloves or star anise as they can damage plastic.
• Some spices are oilier than others and can clog grinder.
• Grind coarse salt to clean residue after grinding spices.
