Summary
Designed to pay tribute to the oldest Peugeot mill (the circa-1874 Z Model), these compact mills are marvels of modern engineering. They're expertly crafted of brushed stainless steel with adjustable, corrosion-resistant grinder mechanisms. Each mill is topped with a knob featuring an "S" or "P" for easy identification.
- Salt and pepper mills are sold separately.
- Pepper mill's case-hardened-steel mechanism cracks peppercorns before grinding for even grind and rich aroma.
- Salt mill's stainless-steel grinding mechanism is engineered to resist corrosion.
- Knob lets you adjust grind from fine to coarse.
- Crafted in France of brushed stainless steel.

Use & Care
Use
- Protect mills from excessive heat and moisture.
- Do not put salt in pepper mill or pepper in salt mill; each mechanism is designed specifically for a single spice, and they are not interchangeable.
- Do not use wet salt in salt mill.
- Salt mill grinds dry mined/rocked salt up to 4mm diam.
- Use only black, white or mixed peppercorns in pepper mill; not suitable for green or pink peppercorns, or other spices.
- Turn head of mill clockwise to grind.
Care
- Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth.
- Dry thoroughly.
