Sheet Pan

• Before first use, hand-wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
• Do not cut baked goods in pan.
• Do not use metal utensils, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on surface.
• Oven safe to 450°F.

Silpat Liner

• Do not use knives, cutters, scrapers or any other sharp objects on liner.
• Do not put in broiler or leave in oven on self-clean.
• Do not grease or use sprays.
• Freezer safe.
• Oven safe to 480°F.

Care

Sheet Pan

• Dishwasher safe, but hand-wash recommended.

Silpat Liner

• Dishwasher safe.
• Store flat or rolled (do not fold).
