Preparation Instructions

Ingredients

• Quick bread mix (included)
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup (250ml) milk
• 8 Tbs. (1 stick/125g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Generously butter 4" x 8" (10cm x 20cm) loaf pan.
• In bowl, whisk together quick bread mix, milk, eggs and butter until well-combined. Pour batter in prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approx. 50–55 minutes.
• Transfer pan to wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes, then turn loaf out onto rack.
• Serve warm or at room temperature.
