    Use & Care

    Use

    • Designed for use with propane gas.
    • Use stone for dry, bread-based ingredients. Cook meat, vegetables and other wet dishes in Ooni cast-iron pans (sold separately) or other high-temperature cookware.
    • Stone is reversible – flip when cool for even wear.
    • Allow oven to cool completely before moving or storing.

    Care

    • Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
    • To clean stainless-steel parts: Use Bar Keepers Friend Power Cream and rough side of sponge.
    • To clean powder-coated parts: Use warm, soapy water and lint-free cloth.
    • To clean stone: Use Ooni Pizza Oven Brush (sold separately) or other wire brush to clear debris, excess flour or food. Interior heat will clean stone thoroughly. Do not use water or liquid cleaners on stone as this can cause cracking.
