Use & Care

Use

• Season with food-grade mineral oil before first use. To season board, apply oil in direction of wood grain using clean, dry cloth. Allow oil to be absorbed for at least 6 hours. For best results, allow oil to be absorbed overnight. Wipe off any excess using clean, dry cloth.

Care

• Hand-wash in warm water with mild detergent.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Do not soak or submerge board in water.
• Periodically recondition with butcher block oil to preserve wood.
• Dry completely before storing.
