    Receiving Instructions

    • Store unopened at room temperature for up to 18 months. Store leftover portions in plastic wrap.

    Preparation Instructions

    • 1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup milk
    • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8" x 4" loaf pan with parchment paper. Lightly coat with baking spray.
    • Pour mix into bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Whisk together eggs and milk and add to mix while running mixer on low speed. Slowly add cooled butter. Beat until well combined, but do not overmix.
    • Whisk out lumps and pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 45–50 minutes, until pick inserted in middle of loaf comes out clean.
    • Place on wire rack and allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes.
    • Remove from pan and allow to cool completely. Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap.

    • Honey granules (refinery syrup and honey), organic spring wheat flour, organic soft wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO cornstarch, monocalcium phosphate), ground cinnamon, organic vanilla type flavor, sea salt, organic gum blend (organic guar and locust bean gums), ground nutmeg.
