- Oven and broiler safe to 500°F, including lid and stainless-steel knob.
- Freezer safe.
- Use only wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
- Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.
Care
- Allow to cool before cleaning.
- Dishwasher safe.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers.
- To remove stubborn food stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
