    Summary

Designed to fit in most countertop toaster ovens, our exclusive Traditionaltouch™ set delivers professional-quality performance for baking bread, reheating leftovers, warming pastries and toasting nuts. The uncoated pans are crafted of heavy-gauge, aluminum-coated steel to ensure quick, even baking. This collection includes three essential pans and a nonstick rack for roasting, cooling, glazing and decorating.

    • Commercial-grade aluminized steel distributes heat quickly and evenly for consistent results.
    • Coated wire reinforcement along rims maximizes durability and resistance to rust and warping.
    • Quarter-sheet pan has unique diamond-textured surface that enhances strength while increasing airflow for even baking.
    • Nonstick carbon-steel wire rack fits inside quarter-sheet pan for roasting, cooling, glazing and decorating.
    • A Williams Sonoma exclusive.

    Set includes:

    Use

    • Before first use, hand-wash pans in warm water with mild dishwashing soap.
    • Oven safe to 450°F.
    • Due to bakeware's heat efficiency, we suggest monitoring oven temperature and bake time for the first few uses, making adjustments to recipes as necessary.
    • Pans are uncoated. For best results, grease or line with parchment paper or silicone mat.
    • Use wood, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching surface.
    • Do not cut baked goods while they are in pan.
    • Pans will darken slightly with use. This is normal and will enhance their performance.
