We developed our Thermo-Clad™ bakeware drawing on over five decades of culinary experience. The ultra-efficient collection features three-ply construction with a heat-sensitive aluminum core surrounded by a stainless-steel interior and exterior. It's crafted to our precise specifications to provide up to 35% better thermal conductivity than standard aluminum-clad metal bakeware. A versatile size that fits in a range of toaster ovens, this pan is ideal for roasting vegetables, toasting nuts and warming pastries.
