Use & Care
Use
- For best results, roll cookie dough to 1/4" thick directly on baking parchment, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in freezer for a few minutes until cold, but not frozen.
- Remove from freezer and leave plastic wrap on top of dough while quickly cutting dough with cutters. Plastic wrap prevents dough from sticking to cutters and promotes definition.
- Carefully remove plastic wrap and place cut dough on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place cookie sheet in freezer. The cold environment will help prevent dough from rising and erasing cutter details.
- Preheat oven to temperature determined by recipe. When ready to bake, remove cut dough from freezer and place on room-temperature cookie sheet lined with parchment paper before placing in oven.
- Bake for time determined by recipe.
Care
- Hand-wash.
- Air-dry thoroughly before storing.
