Use & Care
Use
- Oven safe to 600°F.
- Broiler safe.
- Safe for use with metal whisks, spoons and spatulas.
- Do not use with sharp-edged tools such as forks and knives.
- Do not cut foods in the pan.
Care
- Before first use and after each use, wash ovenware thoroughly with mild dishwashing detergent and warm water.
- Allow to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe; hand-wash recommended.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents or abrasive cleansers.
- If food remains on surface, boil a mixture of water and vinegar in the pan to dislodge the food particles.
- To remove stubborn food residue and stains, use a non-scratching scrub sponge and a fine-powdered or soft cleanser.
- To avoid scratches on the ovenware exterior, place paper towels between pans when storing.
