Use & Care
Use
- Safe for use on all non-induction cooktops.
- Safe for low to moderate cooktop heat; not suitable for frying.
- Oven and broiler safe to 600°F.
- Do not cut or slice food while it is still in pan.
Care
- Allow pan to cool before washing.
- Dishwasher safe. However, to maintain durability of nonstick surface, we recommend hand-washing with soft sponge in hot, soapy water.
- Nonstick cookware is naturally subject to wear and tear. We recommend replacing pan as needed, or approx. every 5 years.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
- To remove burnt-on food, soak pan in hot, soapy water before cleaning.
