• Bakeware is oven and broiler safe to 500°F.
• Cooling rack is oven safe to 450°F.
• Safe for use with nonstick, nylon, silicone and wood utensils.
• Avoid using cooking sprays, as they can damage nonstick coating.
• Freezer safe.

Care

• Allow to cool before cleaning.
• Dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing for best results.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads and harsh detergents.
• Bakeware may discolor if not completely cleaned before reheating. To remove discolored areas, rub with cloth dampened with lemon juice or white vinegar. Alternatively, use high-quality nonabrasive stainless-steel cleaner.
