There's no kneading or rising necessary – just add butter, water and eggs, then bake in a loaf pan.

Preparation Instructions
Ingredients
- 1 stick melted/cooled butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour 8" x 4" loaf pan.
- Pour mix into bowl of electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment. Whisk together eggs and milk, add to mix while running mixer on low speed.
- Slowly add cooled butter. Beat until well combined, but don't over mix.
- Whisk out any lumps.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Smooth top.
- Bake 45–50 minutes, until pick inserted in middle of loaf come out clean.
- Place on wire rack and allow to cool in pan 20 minutes.
- Remove quick bread from pan and cool completely.
- Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap.

- Gluten-free flour blend (brown, white and waxy rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sorghum flour, organic corn flour, xanthan gum), brown sugar, granulated sugar, apples, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), cinnamon, natural flavors (apple cider, apple crisp), sea salt, ginger, nutmeg.
- This product is prepared and packaged using machines that may come in contact with wheat/gluten, eggs, milk, soy, tree nuts (coconuts, almonds).
