Use

• Dishes are microwavable (lid is not).
• Oven and broiler safe to 500°F, including lid and stainless-steel knob.
• Freezer safe.
• Use only wood, plastic or heat-resistant nylon tools to avoid scratching enamel surface.
• Enamel can chip or crack if dropped or banged on hard surface.

Care

• Allow to cool before cleaning.
• Dishwasher safe.
• Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads, harsh detergents and abrasive cleansers. 
• To remove stubborn food stains, use nylon scrubbing pad or sponge.
