    Use & Care

    Use

    • For best results, roll cookie dough to 1/4" thick directly on baking parchment, then cover with plastic wrap and chill in freezer for a few minutes until cold, but not frozen.
    • Remove from freezer and leave plastic wrap on top of dough while quickly cutting dough with cutter. Plastic wrap prevents dough from sticking to cutter and promotes definition.
    • Carefully remove plastic wrap and transfer cut dough to cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake according to recipe.

    • Hand-wash.
    • Dry thoroughly.
