Use & Care

Use

• Oven safe to 480°F.
• Place mat on baking sheet with smooth side facing up.
• Do not use with insulated cookie sheet as it will interfere with heat conduction.
• After baking, allow baked goods to cool before removing. Lift corner of mat to dislodge.
• Do not cut baked goods on mat.

Care

• Hand-wash with soft damp sponge, then rinse with clean water. Shake to remove excess water. Air-dry. Alternatively, clean on top rack of dishwasher.
• Roll for storage. Do not fold.
