Our founder Chuck Williams often told the story of helping his grandmother make mayonnaise using a copper bowl like this one for whipping egg whites. Our solid-copper bowl features a classic beating bowl shape, a sturdy brass handle and varnished lime wood stand. Master coppersmiths use a spinning technique to shape the bowl, then the handles are riveted in place by hand. A final hand polish results in a gleaming copper shine.

- Not microwavable.
Care
- Hand-wash; dry immediately with soft cloth.
- Avoid using steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergents.
- Copper will develop a rich patina over time. This will not affect bowl's performance. To keep exterior looking new, use copper polish or combination of lemon and salt.
